Ignacio Adrian Lerer
Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and Executive Master in Business Administration from IAE Business School, Austral University. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, compliance, negotiation and strategic risk management.
He spent 14 years at Alto Parana S.A., now Arauco Argentina, where he became Legal and Corporate Affairs Manager and also held responsibilities for public affairs, human resources, labor relations and fraud prevention. He served as President of the Argentine Forestry Association.
He currently acts as legal and business adviser, director, legal representative and statutory auditor for companies across several industries, including fintech and payment companies.

Maria Alejandra Ochagavia
Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, Master in Administrative Law from Austral University and trained mediator at Fundacion Libra and CIJUSO.
She pursued an extensive career at Argentina's Ministry of Economy, where she served as specialized adviser, Director of Public Information and officer responsible for access to public information. She also took part in the institutional processing of laws enacted by Congress before their submission to the Office of the President.
She has practiced as a lawyer and mediator since 2017. She serves on boards and statutory audit bodies of companies in mining, mobility, industry, luxury goods, smart metering and payment services.
