Lerer Consulting combines legal practice, executive experience and direct participation in corporate bodies. Ignacio Adrian Lerer is a University of Buenos Aires lawyer, holds an Executive MBA from IAE Business School, spent eighteen years as in-house counsel and has twenty years of experience serving on boards and governing bodies across multiple industries.
That in-house career is a core differentiator. Advice begins with an understanding of the business, its operations and the practical consequences of each decision. A contract does not end when it is drafted: it must be negotiable, implementable, manageable and sustainable within the organization.

Ignacio Adrian Lerer
Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and Executive Master in Business Administration from IAE Business School, Austral University. He has over 35 years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, compliance, negotiation and strategic risk management.
He served for four years as Head of Legal Advisory at the Alpargatas Group. He then spent 14 years at Alto Parana S.A., now Arauco Argentina, where he became Legal and Corporate Affairs Manager and also held responsibilities for public affairs, human resources, labor relations and fraud prevention.
He has been active in business associations and served as President of the Argentine Forestry Association (AFoA), of which he is now an honorary member.
He currently acts as legal and business adviser, director, legal representative and statutory auditor for companies across several industries, including fintech and payment companies.
Innovation, research and publications
Since 2025, he has developed artificial-intelligence solutions for law, corporate governance and integrity. He founded and leads JustitIA, a legal-intelligence infrastructure for research, document analysis and professional work with sources, controls and human review, and IntegridAI, a platform for managing, assessing and training on integrity programs, compliance and risk governance.
IntegridAI placed second and received the Incubation Award at HackAI 2025, Universidad Austral, and was selected among the projects currently supported by the university's business incubator.
In parallel, he researches and writes on artificial intelligence, legal evolution, automated-system governance and institutional transformation. He publishes analytical articles and deposits preprints and research materials under a persistent author identifier.

She pursued an extensive career at Argentina's Ministry of Economy, where she held specialized advisory, institutional management and administrative coordination responsibilities in senior-level areas.
She has practiced as a lawyer and mediator since 2017, with experience in health-related matters and dispute management. She serves on boards and statutory audit bodies of companies in mining, mobility, industry, luxury goods, smart metering and payment services.
